Method of Payment:
Out The Basket accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
cash, and checks. A 35.00 processing fee will be charge for all returned checks.
All Georgia residents all are subject to sales tax.
Cancellations:
Upon receiving your order request, your basket will be designed and shipped within 48 hours. For this reason, orders must be canceled within 24 hours by calling us at 404.294.4404 or by email outthebasket@gmail.com. Gift basket that has already been shipped can not be canceled.
Substitutions:
Out The Basket is always looking for new and exciting products to enhance our basket designs. Therefore some of the items shown on our website may no longer be available. Please assure that all substitutions will be made with the quality products of equal or greater value.
Return and Replacement:
Satisfaction is 100% guarantee for our clients. If a problem arises, please contact our office as soon as possible. Please be sure to keep all products and shipping material for it may be required.
Special orders can not be return due to personal shopping and purchases by the client’s specifications or request.
Discounts:
A 5% discount on any orders over 20 baskets. Promotional offers can not be combined with any other specials.
Safety:
Safety is our number one priority. Our baskets are beautifully designed using enhancement to make a spectacular presentation. Please refrain from leaving these enhancements unattended and out of reach from small children or pets. Candles should never be left unattended at anytime. Always us a candle plate or holder in order to prevent a fire.
